The information on this site is general plumbing guidance. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, and every home is different. Ranges for cost and timing are typical examples, not quotes.
Service and pricing
We state a clear price before work starts. Work begins once you approve it. Scope or price may change if a technician finds a problem that could not be seen before opening the wall, floor or line, and we will explain it before continuing.
Availability
Our phone line is staffed 24 hours a day. Technician availability depends on demand, weather and travel, so same-day service is offered when available and is not promised.
Limits
